YOUR INFORMATION
BrickHouse Baller Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 11, 2026
BrickHouse Books Inc. operates BrickHouse Baller, the Android puzzle game and the browser game at BrickBaller.com. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to ty@brickhousebooks.com.
The Android game
You do not need a player account. Gameplay, designer puzzles, and quiz questions work offline. The game does not automatically send your saved progress, quiz answers, or designer puzzles to BrickHouse Books Inc. or a game server.
The game saves information on your device so you can return to play. This includes completed stages and attempts, score records, earned Craft Points, upgrades, item inventory and crafting counts, claimed rewards, aim settings, and puzzles you create or edit. It also saves quiz scheduling and question order, pending answers or free spins, prize results and award receipts, and sound and reduced-motion preferences. These records preserve progress and prevent the same saved prize from being awarded twice.
The game has no advertising, real-money purchases, account login, analytics integration, or automatic crash-report upload. It does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, location, camera, microphone, or advertising identifier. The Craft Shop uses points earned within the game.
Playing in your browser
The browser game downloads its files from BrickBaller.com. It keeps game saves in the browser’s local site storage, including localStorage and IndexedDB. Saves are specific to the browser and website origin and are separate from Android saves. We do not provide cloud saving or synchronize these records with an account or another device. The website pages contain no advertising or third-party analytics trackers.
Netlify hosts the website. Delivering, protecting, and troubleshooting it requires processing ordinary request information, which can include your IP address, requested URL and query string, request time, browser/user-agent information, response status, and request identifiers. This hosting information is separate from your local game saves. It can be available to Netlify and authorized website administrators.
Our current Netlify Pro dashboard makes recent request history available for the past seven days. That dashboard window is not a promise that every provider-managed operational or security record is deleted after seven days. Netlify manages its internal retention according to service needs and legal obligations; we have not established a single maximum duration for all such records. Netlify may process this information outside your country. See Netlify’s privacy policy for its retention criteria, service-provider practices, and privacy contacts.
Optional website links
Quiz explanations can offer a reference link, and the game can offer a link to this privacy policy. A website opens in your browser only when you choose the link. Quiz source links use the authored reference address without appending your save data, quiz answer, or a player identifier.
Your browser and the destination website then handle the request under their own privacy practices. Visiting a website can disclose ordinary request information, such as your IP address and browser details, to that website. These links are optional; you can continue playing without opening a quiz source.
Keeping and deleting information
Local saves remain in the game’s device storage or your browser’s site storage until you change or delete them, or the device or browser removes them. Private browsing and browser storage cleanup can remove browser saves.
Confirmed Pause > Reset All Progress resets the player profile, including points, progression, inventory, quiz state, and saved preferences. It deliberately preserves stage-designer puzzle files. To remove all Android game data, including designer puzzles, use Android’s app-storage controls to clear BrickHouse Baller’s storage. To remove all browser saves, clear your browser’s site data for BrickBaller.com. These actions lose the affected local saves. We cannot clear local saves on your device or browser remotely.
Hosting records follow Netlify’s provider-managed practices described above. If you have a privacy request about website request information, contact us so we can assess the request and work with our hosting provider where appropriate. We do not promise immediate removal of every provider-managed technical record.
If you email us, we receive the email address and information you choose to send. We use it to answer your inquiry or provide requested support and keep the correspondence while needed for those purposes or applicable legal obligations. You can ask us to delete that correspondence at the privacy contact above.
Security and audience
Local saves rely on your device’s app-storage protections or your browser’s site-storage protections. The game does not add its own encryption to the local save files. The website uses HTTPS. Protect access to your device and browser if you do not want someone else using them to view or reset your game data.
BrickHouse Baller is intended for teens and adults aged 13 and older. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us for help with its deletion.
Changes and contact
If the game’s data handling changes, we will update this policy and its effective date. For privacy questions, support, or deletion requests, email ty@brickhousebooks.com.
